Graphite is a crystalline carbon allotrope with a hexagonal structure, exhibiting a dark gray color similar to iron ink. It has a density of 2.25 g/cm³, hardness of 1.5, melting point at 3652°C, and boiling point at 4827°C. It is soft to the touch, electrically conductive, chemically stable, and resistant to acids and alkalis. When heated in air, graphite oxidizes to carbon dioxide. Its applications include lubricants, crucibles, electrodes, batteries, pencil leads, and as a neutron moderator in nuclear reactors.

مبدأ العمل:
Clean air is heated via a heat exchanger and introduced tangentially into the drying chamber, creating a spiral airflow. A volute air distributor and adjustable high-speed agitator maintain a stable fluidized bed, preventing clogging and continuously crushing the material to expose fresh surfaces for effective drying. The drying chamber is jacketed with cooling for heat-sensitive materials to maintain product quality. Particles are classified mid-chamber by centrifugal forces; oversized or insufficiently dried granules are returned for further drying, while fine dried particles are collected and conveyed for packaging. Exhaust gases pass through dust removal systems before release.
